Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), Nuuptech S.A. de C.V. establishes this Privacy Notice. The Spanish version published at /aviso-de-privacidad/ is the legally binding text; this summary is provided for convenience.

• Purpose. This notice protects the personal data of Nuuptech's team members, business partners, customers, and website visitors through lawful, controlled, and informed processing, guaranteeing privacy and the right to informational self-determination.
• Data controller. Nuuptech S.A. de C.V., with registered address as filed with Mexico's Tax Administration Service (SAT). The administration area is responsible for collecting personal data.
• Use of data. By providing your personal data — in writing, digitally, or by email — you authorize Nuuptech to use it to identify, locate, and contact you, send you information, and, where applicable, transfer it to authorities, public or private bodies, and companies inside or outside Mexico, as permitted by the Law, to meet the needs of the company and its customers.
• Retention. Your data is kept indefinitely from the date you provide it; you may object to its processing at any time, subject to the limitations of the Law.
• Security. Nuuptech maintains strict confidentiality and the administrative, technical, and physical security measures required to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access or processing.
• ARCO rights. Under article 22 of the Law you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time by emailing hola@nuuptech.com or in writing at Nuuptech's official address.
• Changes. Nuuptech may update this notice from time to time; please review it regularly at www.nuuptech.com.
